Friendly staff made check-in smooth.

Our King Room was a disaster. The bed was uncomfortable. To top it off, the shower barely provided any hot water, unacceptable. I picked this hotel specifically to avoid such issues, and being cold in the shower was not something I anticipated.

Recently refurbished room, extremely comfy bed, large bathroom. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge were nice. Good and unbeatable location in the King & Queen area, good for visiting Gloucester. And really close to other historical sights and shops.

huge shower

The pool was super clean, and the gym looked inviting. Our room felt spacious with a great view, and the lobby had a tea and coffee bar that was a nice touch! I loved the huge shower with perfect amenities!

We enjoyed a fun family day at Chesapeake Bay, just a short drive away. The kids had a blast swimming in the indoor pool, and the hotel facilities were really clean and cute. It.

In my wife's opinion, a better breakfast selection would have been great for families.

Super clean & cozy stay!

Really enjoyed this place! The room was bright and super clean, and I loved the big fridge and awesome shower. The breakfast had good options, and I was totally into the afternoon cookies they served. Only thing was that the main floor got a bit slippery during cleaning, which worried me a little since I've got some walking issues.
